Fairland Regional Park

Fairland Regional Park includes more than 150 acres of parkland that has been developed for recreational use. The Gardens Ice House are both located on this site. The park also includes four lighted softball fields (call Sports, Health and Wellness Office at 301-446-6800 for reservations), and a stormwater management demonstration project area. In addition to the area the park encompasses in Prince George's County, the park also extends into Montgomery County. Braddock Park is the premier softball park in Northern Virginia.  The park is approximately 40 minutes from the host hotels and is conveniently located off route 66 West.  Travel for morning to and from the park will be against rush hour traffic.

Location/Directions

Located just minutes from the Capital Beltway.
From the Capital Beltway (I-495), take Exit 15A (Central Avenue) east. Continue for approximately three miles. Turn right onto Watkins Park Drive (Route 193) and follow the park signs to the facility.
