NAGAAA Hotel Block Requirement

Important Info Regarding Your Reservation to DC Series 2013

Registration will soon be open.  Please note that the discounted registration cut-off date is as early as July 29 for some hotels. Read below for more information. 

As you register for lodging please be aware of the following:

• The Renaissance Hotel Penn Quarter and the Marriott Washington Metro Center are the only host hotels that fulfill the NAGAAA hotel block requirement. 
• Each team is required to stay in a host hotel with 3 rooms, at least 5 nights each room.  If you do not meet the minimum requirement, your team will forfeit the $300 deposit to NAGAAA.
• One night deposit will be charged at the time of registration at the Renaissance and Marriott Metro Center. This is not refundable. 
• Teams may only book 3 hotel rooms per credit card. 
• Registration volume may be high at Noon. Please be patient with our hotel partners and they will process your registration as quickly as possible.
